DONATIONS GLADLY ACCEPTED

Vision Northwest is celebrating 23 years of service to those affected by vision loss. We're very proud of how far we've come. We provide services at no fee to all because of the community support that we receive. Our operating funds come from individual and corporate donations, special fund raising events, foundation grants, and a State of Oregon sanctioned Bingo operation. Less than 3% of our budget comes from government contracts.

You can help us continue to provide programs and services to those affected by vision loss. Every dollar contributed to Vision Northwest furthers our mission and supports our entire community. If you would like to help, please consider the following types of tax-deductible contributions:

  • Donate money. We will be happy to accept your check, cash, or a credit card donation. Credit card donations may be made by using the secure green Donate Now button at the top of this page and other locations on our website, or by calling Vision Northwest at 503 684 8389, or 800 448 2232.   • Send a Tribute in honor of a special event or person, or in memory of a loved one. We will send a personalized announcement to the designee.
  • Donate your automobile. Your donated auto can be sold by Vision Northwest to support our services.
  • Stock/Appreciated Assets – can be sold by Vision Northwest to support our services.
  • Employer Matching Funds –Ask your employer if they will match your contribution to Vision Northwest.
  • United Way Advised Funds –Your contribution to United Way can be directed to Vision Northwest.
  • Estate Planning –Remember Vision Northwest when doing estate planning.
  • Charitable Remainder Trust –income produced by the trust can provide income for you during your lifetime in addition to estate tax savings. Consult with your attorney for more information.
  • Real Estate –improved or unimproved Real Estate can be given to Vision Northwest.
  • Life Insurance –you can name Vision Northwest as the owner and beneficiary of a new or already existing life insurance policy.

    In-kind Donations – Professional services and excess goods that are surplus to you or your company, such as printing services, designing brochures, copier paper, up to date computers or monitors, lap top computers, etc. Before you discard your excess surplus, give us a call.  Your trash may be treasures to us.  Click here to contact us, or call us at 503 684 8389 or 800 448 2232, and ask us if we can use your service or items.
