RALPH POLICAR LOAN PROGRAM
Vision Northwest has a program that provides assistance for the purchase of magnifiers and other low vision aids for people unable to afford them. You must be a resident of Oregon or Southwest Washington.
This program was established in memory of Ralph Policar, long-time friend and former executive director of Vision Northwest.
